This Privacy Policy explains how CoastFIRE.org ("we," "us," "our," or the "Site") handles information when you visit and use our free financial calculators. We built these tools to be usable without creating an account, and we try to collect as little personal information as possible.
All of our calculators (Coast FIRE, FIRE, Retirement, Investment, and SWR / 4% Rule) run entirely in your web browser. The numbers you type into a calculator — such as your income, savings, age, or expenses — are never transmitted to our servers, stored in a database, or seen by us. When you close the tab, that data is gone.
